Title: Szechuan Green Beans with ground Pork

Cook rice according to package directions.
Combine the first 4 ingredients in a small bowl.
Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat OR use a wok.
Add pork mixture, beans, and garlic. Cook 3 minutes or until pork is no
longer pink. Stir to crumble.
Combine hoisin sauce and next 3 ingredients (through soy sauce) in a small
bowl. Stir, then add mixture to pan.
Cook 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring frequently.
Serve over rice. Add alittle peanuts to top it off.
