Arrange peas in a vegetable steamer over boiling water. Cover and steam 1
minute or until peas are crisp-tender. Set aside and let cool.
Combine peas, Boston lettuce, and next 3 ingredients in a large bowl; toss
well. Pour Honey-Orange Vinaigrette over lettuce mixture; toss gently.
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well with a wire whisk.
Makes 1/4 cup.
