Sautee onion and garlic in butter until onion is clear.
Add worcestershire and shrimp; cook until just pink.
Add wine, parsley and pepper. Cook on low about 5 min.
Transfer to baking dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and cheese.
Bake 8 min at 350.
Serve over rice.
