Title: Honey-Mustard Chicken Nuggets

Combine first 3 ingredients; stir well. Add chicken, tossing to coat.
Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium-high
heat until hot. Add shallot and garlic; saute 1 minute. Add chicken, and
cook 10 minutes or until chicken is tender, stirring frequently. Remove
chicken from skillet; drain on paper towels. Wipe drippings from skillet
with a paper towel.
Add broth and mustard to skillet; cook over medium heat, stirring
constantly, 3 minutes or until thickened and bubbly. Add chicken; cook
until thoroughly heated.
