Title: Crabmeat Pasta
In a medium size frying pan, add about 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil. Add
1/2 stick of butter and melt. Cook garlic on low heat. Add sliced
mushrooms and shredded crabmeat.
To taste: 1 teaspoon of dried basil, salt and pepper.
Optional: Put a small frying pan on high heat. Put about 2 tablespoons
of pine nuts to toast. Take off immediately and put in crabmeat mixture.
Cook pasta according to package directions about 10 minutes.
Drain water and put pasta in bowls. Put crabmeat mixture over each dish.
Top with Parmesan cheese .
