Heat the oils in a heavy skillet or pot. Add chicken and cook over high
heat, turning often. When the meat begins to brown, add garlic and onion.
When onion wilts, add salt, pepper, wine, rosemary, bay leaf, and
mushrooms; lower heat, and simmer about 8 minutes.
Add tomatoes and stock. Cover and gently cook over low heat about 45
minutes. 10 minutes before doneness, add beans and stir.
Serve hot with rice.
