Title: Apple and Apricot Crisp
In a small bowl let the apricots soak in the brandy for 5 minutes. In a
bowl blend the flour, brown sugar, salt and butter until the mixture
resembles coarse meal, add the oats and almonds and toss mixture until it
is combined well. In a 9-inch (4-cup) glass pie plate toss together the
apples and the apricot brandy mixture, sprinkle the oat mixture over the
top, and bake for 25 minutes at 400 degrees.
Cool before cutting.
